Are you stressed?

Stress is the poison of our modern wold. Ever since people are living on the edge stress becomes like a virus in our computer. In a really sneaky way it distroys us into our ashes. So, what’s the definition of it? Honestly, do we need a defintion? We all know what it is. Even if we can not put into words. We feel it in school, work and home. I don’t think we need explanation for that.  If I would be a genious I would make a formula about it like Einstein. Oh man! That guy was epic. I am wondering what would he say about this topic.  My basic formula for that is Stress= Pressure-Adaptibility. Of course, there are much cooler formulas for stress, but really should I complicate this? I don’t think so…

 

I have to say the symptoms are a different story.  They are important. They are essental to know as your body is your temple and your mind is the altar. You have to learn your reactions. This is the first thing everybody should learn  when it comes about stress: understand how you react, why you react, what action are you doing and not least what is your answer to it. Only after that you are able to learn how to handle or even stop it. Stress has several symptoms. It has physical, emotional, mental and behavior symptoms.

 

Physical symptom are generally are isomnia, headache, muscleache, feeling sick, tiredness, diarrhea, backache, sweating, trembling etc.

 

Emotional and mental symtoms can be depression, desperation, hopelessness.and basicly you feel like dirt in this big blue marble.

 

To be honest, I am not a doctor and of course every symptoms are different on each person, but when you understand those feelings, pains and action then you can easier search for resolution. Of course there is good and bad stress. We all know what is the bad stress, but what is good stress? It is when you experience the totally opposite as for the bad stress. You feel powerful, like superman. Excited, curious, smart and unbeatable. When the adrenaline is pumping through your veins. When you are in an exam and suddenly you know what you didn’t even expect. Yes, those moments are awesome.

 

But what you can do to avoid stress? Well, everybody who are watching How I met your mother they know what Barney Stinson probably would say... Everytime I  stress, I stop being stressed and I am awesome instead. This is actually true. This only state of our mind. We should select the problems. Is it important? Is it worth it? Is it possible to change it? If you have ‘NO’ as answer then don’t waste your time with dumb feelings. If you have health for you and for you loved ones, roof above your head, work or school where you can educate yourself, food to eat, water to drink, air to breath, clothes to wear then you are already a rich person. The rest are only details. Believe me in the end everything will be fine, if it is not ok, it means it is not the end. If you can’t change the situation then change your behaviour to it, because YOU CAN! Believe in yourself as much as I do in you...(here are my cheesy line).
